Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wave Runner Marketing website at ridethewave.waverunner.marketing and the digital products, services, and content offered on it (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

The Services are operated by Wave Runner Marketing ("we", "us", "our"). Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@waverunner.marketing.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to purchase or use the Services.

3. Purchases and payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a product you authorize the charge shown at checkout in the currency displayed. Prices, availability, and product contents may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. Digital products and delivery

After a successful payment, you will be redirected to a confirmation page where your download links are available for a limited time (currently 24 hours). Save your files locally when you download them. If a link expires before you retrieve your files, contact us and we will re-issue access.

5. Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final unless required otherwise by applicable law. If a product is defective or you were charged in error, email support@waverunner.marketing within 14 days of purchase and we will work with you in good faith.

6. License to use products

When you purchase a product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the files for your own business or personal projects. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the products, or share your download link with others. Templates and checklists may be adapted for your internal use.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to (a) violate any law, (b) infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data, or (d) interfere with the operation of the Services (including scraping, automated abuse, or overloading the site).

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Services — including copy, design, branding, and downloadable products — is owned by Wave Runner Marketing or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your license to purchased products is limited to section 6.

9. Third-party services

The Services rely on third-party providers, including Stripe for payments and a cloud hosting provider for the website and file storage. Your use of those providers is subject to their own terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue, or ranking. You are responsible for how you apply the guidance and templates we provide.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wave Runner Marketing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 6, 8, 10, 11, and 13) will survive.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Wave Runner Marketing's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
