Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Wave Runner Marketing ("we", "us", "our") collects when you use ridethewave.waverunner.marketing, how we use it, and the choices you have. This page is maintained by Wave Runner Marketing to describe our current practices.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you join our email list, we collect your email address. When you make a purchase, our payment processor collects your billing details (name, email, payment method); we receive a confirmation containing your email, the products purchased, and the amount paid.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, user agent, and timestamp) for reliability and abuse prevention. We store a hashed version of your IP address alongside email submissions to prevent spam and abuse.

2. How we use information

  • To deliver the digital products you purchase and provide customer support.
  • To send you occasional updates, offers, and content — only if you opted in.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the website (including preventing fraud and abuse).
  • To comply with legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe handles payment data under its own privacy policy and security standards.

4. Service providers we rely on

  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Cloud hosting provider — website hosting, database, and secure file storage for the products you purchase.
  • Email service — transactional and (opt-in) marketing email delivery.

These providers process your information only to deliver services to us and under their own privacy terms.

5. Cookies and analytics

The site uses only the cookies and local storage needed to make the site work (for example, remembering that you closed a banner or completed a checkout session). If we add analytics or advertising cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, request your consent.

6. Data retention

We keep email-list entries until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Purchase records are retained for as long as needed to provide support and comply with tax and accounting obligations. Server logs are retained for a limited period sufficient for security and troubleshooting.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent for marketing emails. To exercise any of these rights, email support@waverunner.marketing and we will respond within a reasonable time. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email footer.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. All traffic to the site is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), product files are stored in a private bucket and served through authenticated download links, and access to backend systems is restricted to authorized personnel. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. International users

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than the one in which you live. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards to transfer information internationally.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
