We keep email-list entries until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Purchase records are retained for as long as needed to provide support and comply with tax and accounting obligations. Server logs are retained for a limited period sufficient for security and troubleshooting.

All traffic to the site is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), product files are stored in a private bucket and served through authenticated download links, and access to backend systems is restricted to authorized personnel. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. International users
